From the time we receive payment it takes us 4-7 days to make a crate and pack the piano. We then deliver the piano by truck to Chicago Ohare airport. This takes about 4-7 days. This is the major air cargo airport in America. The air cargo company will hold the piano until they have a whole plane full of cargo to your airport. This takes 5-15 days. The actual flying time is about 3 days. Customs takes another 2 days. You should arrange for a piano mover to pick up the crate at the airport. The piano is insured for its full purchase price.
